We prepare project plans and schedules, monitor costs and track progress. Regular reviews help identify delays, resolve issues and keep the client informed.
Design & contractor oversight
We supervise and review contractors’ designs and shop drawings, coordinate technical approvals and carry out technical audits. Responsibilities are agreed with the client at the start of the assignment.
Quality assurance & inspections
We coordinate quality assurance, site inspections and tests. Quality and safety requirements are included in planning, execution and handover.
Contract administration & handover
We support contract administration, document control, procurement coordination, construction management and the activities needed for pre-commissioning, commissioning and turnover.
